This condo's right on the end of the third floor, so you'll enjoy plenty of privacy. Pour yourself a drink from the wine bar and settle into the comfortable living room. The full kitchen features full-size stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space for preparing meals. Play some tunes on the radio as you enjoy a meal in a designated dining area, or take in the fresh air out on the private balcony. The best of Sugar Mountain is right at your fingertips. A courtesy shuttle runs from the Sugar Mountain Ski Resort (please inquire directly). The wood fireplace is not for guest use at this time. The top bunk is rated for no more than 70 pounds. During any high peak time, renters have to park in the lower lots and be shuttled up to the top. Guests are allowed to load and unload at the building before parking in the lower lots if they prefer, especially during high peak times and holidays. Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year’s, Fourth of July, Highland Games, Willy worm festival, Land of Oz. Parking up top is for owners or with approval from Sugar Top Resort. Sugar Top Resort makes these decisions based on the occupancy. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices -not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
