Our property sits on a corner lot with a large back yard. Outside patio is very shaded.
My name is Julie, My husband and I have been married for 35 years. We have 3 children. We live in Annapolis. MD. We love Florida’s gulf coast and visit so often that we decided to purchase our own home here and share it with others. We love to travel and cruise all over the world. I am retired from owning my own child care and my husband is retired from Verizon after 36 years on the job.
Our neighborhood is very quiet. We have a community pool and playground. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping,and plenty of activities. The beach is just 6 miles away.
