Our well-equipped cottage is a very large mother-in-law suite with its own entrance and private backyard with seating. The entire unit has an AromaPlan smart scent air machine that ensures you experience pleasant smells during your stay. The bedroom has a queen bed with a very large closet with racks for your luggage and a 55 inch TV. The hall closet is equipped with an iron and ironing board. The living room is equipped with a daybed that pulls out into a king size bed and has a 65 inch TV. There is a table that can be used as a desk or a dining table. Extra seating (2 fold out chairs) available in the hall closet. Both TVs in the Cottage come with access to Netflix and Amazon Prime video. The bathroom includes a shower/tub, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The kitchen comes stocked with basic spices, cookware, cooking utensils, toaster, blender, dishes, children's dishes, paper towels, dish soap and most things you would need for your stay. The backyard is equipped with a table that seats 4 with umbrella. It is fully fenced aside from the entry and is private. Outside of the back door there is more additional seating (2 chairs).

It is important to note that this is a mother in law unit. You may occasionally see us (the hosts/owners), our two children, and our dog as we live in the attached home. As you have your own entry, fenced back area, side yard, and use of the entire suite, your interaction with us can be as limited to what you are comfortable with.

Located less than 30 minutes from Tampa International Airport as well as only a few minutes from Dunedin Causeway, Honeymoon Island beach, Caladesi Island and downtown Dunedin, there will be no shortage of things to do during your stay.
