A Super Charming cottage, newly renovated w/ a cozy coastal theme. Located in the trendy Porters Neck area off Market St, about 15 minutes from the beach (6.1 miles) & 18 minutes to downtown (10 miles). Rest on over an acre, beautifully landscaped & flanked by majestic Live Oak trees. Large open ceilings showcasing old rough cut wood trust, w/ new flooring and appliances. Decor features local artisans & nice array of vintage items. Includes spacious front porch & nice rear paver patio. Privately gated w/ spacious parking.
