Enjoy a romantic getaway in our secluded, cozy, Couple's Cabin / guesthouse. Relax in the park-like setting with wild turkeys and occasional deer. The property is secured with a gated entrance. It is located in the community of Wynola, less than a mile from local restaurants and shops, and just a few miles to the historic town of Julian. On a clear night, enjoy star gazing from our hot tub or around the firepit on your private patio. Julian is one of few areas where you can see the Milky Way.

My legal name is Kaleen, but I go by Kelly. My husband, Jim, and I have lived here in Julian since 2006, originally from the Clairemont area of San Diego. We decided to rent our guest house to others so they could experience the beauty of nature that we do every day. We look forward to hosting you for your next mountain getaway. We give you complete privacy, but we are available if you need something.

The Cabin / Guesthouse is located behind the main house on 13 privacy acres in Wynola, CA. This is a quiet neighborhood where you can't see the neighbors! Surrounded by various trees and clean air. Great view of the stars on a clear night. Close to the historic town of Julian. At about 3600 ft. elevation, subject to seasonal snow but easy access to the county maintained highway. Although we don't recommend walking on the highway, we do have some great restaurants, shops, and live music within walking distance, less than 1/2 miles. If you decide to walk, please wear bright clothing. You must have your own transportation. Ubers, Lyft, and taxis are not available in Julian. Private parking area near the cabin. During winter and spring, you may want a 4 wheel drive for possible snow. Note: No charging available on the property for electric vehicles ( EV ). Although we don't recommend walking on the highway, we do have some great restaurants, shops, and live music within walking distance, less than 1/2 miles. If you decide to walk, please wear bright clothing.
