The cozy cottage is located on a private 8 acre property in a very quite neighborhood. The property has a privacy automated gate, clear signage along the driveway that leads to the cottage where the warm cozy porch welcomes every guest with comfortable reclining chairs and love seat swing. The charm on the inside is irresistible, boasting modern appliances and furnishing, including the convenience of a full kitchen and equipped laundry room. The neighbors are extremely kind and truly reflect sweet southern hospitality. The cottage is strategically located near key amenities being only 10 minutes from the buzzing Waycross downtown area.
At the cozy cottage our moto is quality first and excellence always. Guest comfort and satisfaction throughout each stay is our priority. The positive reviews and feedback of our guests from multiple cultures and global locations after each stay is not only encouraging and rewarding but spark motivation to find new ways to continuously improve and expand our guest services. I have an agricultural background and currently dairy dairy goats. The current business model is liquid milk for pet nutrition, goat milk products such as soaps, cheeses and yogurt. The fun part is many guests just love to pet and admire the goats.
