Dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless Internet access. Main TV in living area has basic cable; stream from your favorite services from any of the 3 Smart TVs. After an amazing day at the beach, wash off the sand in the private outdoor shower, then relax on the private patio area complete with electric Blackstone grill. Available year-round. Three-night minimum. No smoking. No pets. 8821 Janell Court. This property rents monthly in the off-season. Monthly rentals do not include linens, but may be added to your reservation. 2025-2026: October & April 2600USD; November - March 2200USD.
