Centrally located in Oxford's historic district just off University Ave 1/2 way between the Ole Miss Campus and the Oxford Square. *PLEASE SEE END OF DESCRIPTION FOR PET POLICY* *Walk to games & the square. *Beautifully appointed with luxury furnishings. *Large open living, dining, kitchen, and outdoor areas! *Outdoor Kitchen *4 Bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths *2 Master Suites with King Beds and Private Full Bathrooms! *Plenty of room for large groups and fur babies. *Short and long term stays welcome. *Driveway accommodates 2-3 cars; street parking is allowed; the pea gravel parking pad in the front yard is reserved for the owner when in town (rarely). The owner will not stay on the property or interrupt your stay; they will simply park in the pea gravel parking pad in the front yard. ***NO REFUNDS ON CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 60 DAYS OF ARRIVAL DATE FOR EVENT AND GAME BOOKINGS! This overrides any and all other cancellation policies regardless of booking system used. Event and game bookings includes (but is not limited to) any and all Oxford events/concerts/festivals as well as any and all campus related events such as move-in, move-out, graduations, sports events, etc. DISCLAIMER: For the safety of our guest and our hosts, we use a 3rd party verification service called SuperHog to verify our guests. After booking you will receive an email from SuperHog requesting that you complete the verification process. You will be required to enter a valid ID. Failure to complete the verification and/or failure to pass the verification can result in cancellation of your booking with no refund. PETS MUST BE APPROVED!! Please inquire before booking if you plan to bring your pet/s. Provide the details about them too (size, breed, personality). There is a non-refundable Three Hundred Dollars pet fee, which will be added to your booking. Unapproved pets will incur a Five Hundred Dollars fee and must be paid on-site. If not paid, we will cancel your stay, and you will not be refunded.

The Eakes house is centrally located in Oxford's charming historic district. A five minute walk to the square and a 5 minute walk to campus giving you the best of both worlds. A quiet charming home to entertain and everything to do is just a walk out the door. The drive way accommodates up to 2 cars. Street parking is free. Park your car for the weekend and never worry about traffic or shuttles during your stay. The best way to get around is walking. Your stay includes a driveway for 2 cars. Street parking is free. If you park your cars on the street the night before a game or festival, your guests can park in the driveway. My suggestion - park and walk. If you plan to drive allow extra time to find parking and be sure to have some change on you for the meters.
