We are part of this movement, with 7 completed renovation projects and more underway. To date we have hosted over 1,000 satisfied guests between our various properties in Colorado, South Dakota and Missouri. Together we are building a portfolio of distinguished properties in places of importance in American history. This restored Queen Anne Victorian built in 1894 has a butler's pantry, Sunroom/Family Room with French doors to deck, pool (June - October) and fenced in grounds, Living Room. The millwork of each room is crafted of different exotic woods. Handcrafted ornate wood fretwork adorns the front hall, and entrance to Living Room and Kitchen. Located in Central Park Historic District, walkable (4 blocks to Main Street). 3 bedrooms upstairs each with Queen size bed, Sofabed (Queen mattress in Living Room) and 2.5 baths. If you seek to experience an authentic historic home in "America's Hometown" - this is it! This home has been lived in and loved by families for over 130 years. Staying here offers the traveler in search of history a uniquely clear connection to Hannibal's past, its place in time and to the local culture.

Located in the heart of the Historic District in a stable neighborhood. We have also renovated the historic home next door. Walk to downtown. Parking in front of the home is plentiful. Take a walking tour to see the many Victorian and Federal style homes in the Historic District! You are blocks away from Mark Twain's boyhood home, the Mississippi River and the many amenities of downtown Hannibal, the scene of many weekend events. Lots of local shops and local color! Great parks and open spaces are nearby, and opportunities for outdoor recreation. The area is filled with natural beauty ready for exploration
