Conveniently located 20-25 minutes north of Boston with direct access to Route 128/I-95. - 10 minutes to Salem Hospital - 12 minutes to Beverly Hospital - 15 minutes North Shore Medical Center - 25 minutes to Logan International Airport - 10 minutes to Salem State University - 8 minutes to Northshore Mall and Liberty Tree Mall Walkable to scenic lake, tennis courts, fish dock and playground. Minutes to grocery stores & daily essentials. Private, comfortable, and professionally maintained. Located in a quiet established residential neighborhood with ample off-street parking and walkable outdoor space.

My husband and I have been happily married for over 29 years and have raised two wonderful sons. Both of us were born and raised in Peabody, and we truly enjoy sharing this area with visiting families and travelers. We take great pride in caring for our properties and are always working on new projects to make them even better. In our free time, we enjoy kayaking on the pond, walking or biking along local trails, and relaxing at the beach. We look forward to hosting you and helping you feel right at home!
Located in a great family-oriented neighborhood, there’s so much to enjoy right outside your door. Spend your days kayaking or fishing on the nearby pond, visiting one of two local playgrounds, or playing basketball or pickleball at the courts just down the street. If you prefer to relax, you can simply take in the beautiful views from your porch and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Our location is also incredibly convenient—centrally situated near major highways, shopping, entertainment, beaches, and scenic hiking trails, making it easy to explore everything the area has to offer.
