The main living area boasts a sectional and flatscreen TV. Prep drinks at the wet bar, appointed with a mini-fridge and an ice machine. The second living area has a sectional and a kids’ play kitchen, backed by ocean views. A flatscreen TV and reclining sectional await in the third living area. The wet bar features a bonus refrigerator, mini-fridge, and ice machine. The fourth living area has comfy seating and a wet bar with a toaster oven. Serve snacks at the table for four. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 6 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
