Property info

Our B & B was built in the late 1800's and retains a great deal of its era charm but still provides modern amenities. We provide warm hospitality, good things to eat, and a happy environment for you to relax in. Our house is bright and airy and regardless of weather, we have places that allow socialization or solitude. Our large deck and Great Room provide a beautiful view of Seneca Lake. So whether it's warm and sunny or cold and snowy, you're going to feel comfortable and right at home. Wine sales are available by the bottle so if you didn't get a chance to bring your favorite bottle of wine with you, we've got you covered. We can also provide you with delicious extras such as homemade cookies, cheese or meat plates to enhance your stay. Just ask us at the time of booking as most require advance ordering.

Neighborhood info

We are a rural B & B with a view of Seneca Lake amidst vineyards, forests and hills. We are 1/2 hour from Ithaca and Geneva and 15 minutes North of Watkins Glen and we have numerous wineries, breweries and restaurants within 5 miles of either direction. There is also much to see and do in our area that doesn't include wine or beer so please ask us about hiking and sightseeing, shopping and museums. We have it all.
