Four Seasons level, chic, modern one level guest house on multimillion dollar gated Montecito estate with Tesla car charging station. This stand alone property sits on a hillside overlooking trees and mountains, living room, 75 inch tv, dining room, pool table, ping pong table, king size bed, marble shower with beautiful views while you showers & an outdoor shower in nature. Mini Bar kitchen, mini fridge, quiet, serene setting, gated parking. This is a luxury experience.
I play lots of tennis and love to travel. Absolutely, I will be giving you tips on food, great hikes and scenic drives!
Super quiet and peaceful with stunning views in every direction. Parking is in the driveway. You can Uber anywhere, ride bikes and walk. It’s a super safe, visually beautiful neighborhood.
