This is a newly renovated, central room in a quiet neighborhood in Golden Gate, Naples, FL! It's only minutes away from everything you need- grocery stores, laundromat, gas stations, restaurants, and I-75- and about 20 minutes away from everything you want- downtown Naples, the Pier, and of course, the beaches. That's if you want to go out. With a desk, fast wifi, and a Roku TV, it's also the perfect place to work (or "work" - we don't judge). Perfect for solo travelers & couples. THE NEIGHBORHOOD The neighborhood is generally quiet and calm. This property is set up as a duplex, but others in the neighborhood generally keep to themselves. THE ROOM The Green Door Bungalow is equipped with a kitchenette that features a coffee pot, microwave, and fridge. It comes with a huge closet, a full-sized bed, a desk, two cozy rocking chairs, and a bench. It has its own entrance and bathroom, and the parking spot is located only 10-15 steps from the entrance.
I manage this rental from out of state, but I will do my best to be available to you throughout your stay! I also have family living in the rest of the house that are more than willing to offer a helping hand. Just please keep in mind that Spanish is the primary language spoken in the home. I do ask that you please reach out to me if you have any questions or concerns and I will make sure to help in any way possible!
All of our guests have described our neighborhood as quiet and peaceful. Grocery stores such as Publix, Winn Dixie, and Walmart are only a few minutes away, as well as gas stations and banks. The Green Door Bungalow is located <5 minutes from the interstate and Golden Gate Parkway. The nearest beach is only about 15-20 minutes away, and the famous Naples Pier is only about 25-30 minutes. Close to malls, restaurants, and great local eats, from Cuban to Peruvian to Asian to Italian- you name it.
