Our charming two bed, 1 bath guesthouse is centrally located in midtown Phoenix. Walkable, friendly neighborhood with grocery stores, restaurants & coffee shops nearby. Enjoy our shared backyard with hot tub, fire table & gas grill at your disposal. 75 inch Smart TV with Chromecast and arcade cabinet with thousands of video games.
I am a Phoenix area business owner who has years of experience renting vacation properties in the area. I love being a part of our guest's experience here in our great city and always love sharing any guidance I can on how to get around, restaurants to visit, mountains to climb and more. I have two children who are under 3 years old so I know all about which amenities make sense for families as well. Nice to meet you! We are available by text for all guests. Anyone that needs anything is responded to generally within 10 minutes. We are happy to provide recommendations for things to do and answer any questions during your stay.
St. Gregory is one of the friendliest neighborhoods in Phoenix. The church bells tell the hour and we are less than a mile from Safeway & Sprouts. Our guesthouse in Midtown, provides a neighborhood feel that's only minutes from downtown.
