Reymond and Jayson moved from bustling NYC at the end of 2016 and decided to start a new chapter of life together as entrepreneurs and innkeepers. Reymond originally had a popular B&B in Havana, Cuba for 10 years before immigrating to the United States. Jayson spent almost 25 years in NYC in the fashion industry before opening up their B&B. Although the property does not allow pets, their family is rounded off by their two B&B concierge pups, Kona Bean & Fizzgig. Reymond, Jayson, Kona Bean & Mr. Fizzgig are all excited to welcome guests from around the world to their charming B&B in sunny St. Petersburg, Florida.

Property info

We are a traditional Bed & Breakfast and NOT an AirBnB or VRBO. Our Tudor Revival home was built in the early 1930's, with the Great Room & porch added in the 1940's. We have two master suites located on the ground floor that share a master deck and direct pool access. In addition, we have three vintage rooms located on our second floor.

Neighborhood info

Our B&B is located in the award-winning Historic Kenwood neighborhood in St. Petersburg, Florida. The neighborhood is tree-lined and filled with historic bungalow style cottages complete with quaint gardens & parks. An added bonus to Historic Kenwood is that it is also home to the Artists Enclave of Historic Kenwood which boast over 100 living and working artists. Throughout the year our neighborhood hosts various art, historic homes, and other neighborhood festivities. Fun fact : Historic Kenwood was the origin of St. Pete's annual Gay Pride Parade and was celebrated in the Grand Central District on Central Avenue for over 20 years before relocating to downtown St. Pete proper. Our boutique B&B is conveniently located in south central Pinellas County which is 10 minutes from downtown St. Pete and 15-20 minutes from the picturesque Gulf beaches.
