The Kozy offers relaxing convenience; located only mins from downtown Dallas, this trendy apartment, is perfect for business guests, small families, or for those looking for a simple “getaway.” Designed and Furnished with our guests in mind. This apartment also features a urban simplistic zen patio, for the traveler needing to take in fresh air. PLUS, in appreciation, we include admission into the Award-Winning Dallas Arboretum. Scroll down for details. Message your host to secure your spot to the beautiful Dallas Arboretum. Admission Time: 10am MON-SAT *request must be made 48 hours in advance, scheduling is based on 1st come, 1st served.

Located right outside Downtown Dallas in an up and coming Urban neighborhood. Close to a ton of Dallas hot spots. Located perfectly to see all that Dallas offers. Public transit / Uber friendly. Only 15 mins from Love Field and 30 mins from DFW International Airport. This is a first floor apartment, you may hear the upstairs neighbors and exterior noise, we offer sound machines and ear plugs upon request. If you need these items please request between 8am-5pm.
