Escape the hustle and bustle and immerse yourself in nature at our cozy cabin. Located in a serene town, our property offers direct access to the snowmobile trail, perfect for winter adventures like hiking, ice fishing, ice skating, and cross country skiing. For downhill skiing enthusiasts, Gore Mountain is just a 45-minute drive away. During the summer, enjoy the proximity to the local beach, boating, swimming, and vibrant summer entertainment. Our cabin is equipped with modern conveniences.
For more than four decades, Long Lake has been my home, and this very property has been an integral part of my family's journey. The allure of Long Lake's enchanting beauty and magic inspired me to open this humble abode as a sanctuary for fellow travelers.
Summer Time In the summer months you can find a variety of water sports available. The local shop by the beach carries kayaks, paddle boards, and canoes. There is also a local Mariana that has boat rentals. Biking On local Mt. Sabattis there are 6 biking trails that total over 2 miles of terrain. Winter Time In the winter there are many options for recreational activities. There are snowmobile trails, (which we happen to be located on) cross country skiing, snow shoeing, downhill skiing, ice fishing, as well as ice skating. Nature Buttermilk Falls is a fantastic short walk to a stunning view of local water falls. This spot makes a wonderful picture location picnic spot. Hiking Located in and near Long Lake are many hiking trails and mountains. Owls head, Buck Mountain and Blue Mountain are just a few.
