This home offers a safe, clean and cozy stay. Only a 5 minute drive to Bill Snyder Family Stadium and you'll be enjoying the day watching the Wildcats carry on their winning ways. It sits on a shaded lot in a quiet neighborhood. This unit is on the main floor and is approximately 1040 square feet. The floor below, the garden unit, is also a bookable space so there may be other guests in this unit. The backyard patio includes a fire pit and barbecue grill for some outdoor enjoyment. Just minutes away from KSU, Aggieville, restaurants and shopping. A comfortable stay for professionals, families, and couples.
We are both life long residents of the "Windy City" in Chicago. The property was first purchased as a home for our daughter as she attended KSU's Veterinary School. Then, we began using it as a getaway place for us, and we have now converted the space fully into a short-term rental home experience from arrival to departure. We simply want to share our love for this town and show everyone all that it as to offer.
This property is located at the intersection of Anderson Ave. and Rebecca Rd. It is located .1 mile to Starbucks, .1 mile to Jimmy Johns, .2 miles to the nearest ata bus stop, .2 miles to Walgreens, 1.4 miles to Ascension via Christi Hospital, 1.3 miles to KSU, 1.8 miles to Bill Snyder Family Stadium, 1.8 miles to the Veterinary health Center, 7.0 mile to Manhattan Regional Airport.
