This Property offers multiple ways to book to try and match our guests needs. You can book the entire property with all 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, private backyard, and covered parking. Or you can even book as little as the 1 bed 1 bath guest house for couples or solo travelers.
I am a 5th generation farmer and rancher in the Texas Panhandle and a second generation Texas Tech graduate. Lubbock and Texas Tech has gave my family fond memories and we want to give others the same opportunity while we aren’t at the property.
The historical Tech Terrace neighborhood is nestled right in the heart of Lubbock. You are within walking distance to great local coffee shops, stores and restaurants. If you are in town for a game or graduation or visiting a student, you are only 7 blocks to Texas Tech campus. You are also a short drive to downtown, the depot district, the famous Broadway street, and even the growing side of south Lubbock is a short drive away.
