This majestic property is over 2.75 acres of landscaped beauty. There are over 100 palm trees with about 60 of them lit up at night! Their graceful presence puts you in the Jimmy Buffett mode as the cooling Atlantic Ocean winds blow your hair and alleviate the warming sun.
I've been a consumer of beach rentals for 2 decades, so when I purchase my first a decade ago I had a clear vision. It has since become one of the most rented homes in the Myrtle Beach area! Being in IT, I ensure the Wi-Fi coverage is as great as it can be. My wife is an artist with attention to detail and ensuring the home is always top-notch with her art adorning the walls. We LOVE this estate and enjoying sharing it with others.
In the HEART of Islamorada, Upper Matecumbe is where they filmed most of the Netflix series Bloodline for a reason.....the prettiest of all the keys.
