We are situated within a short distance of the new SOFI stadium, The Great Western Forum and the world famous Randys Donuts. - 7 min drive home from LAX -5 min to SOFI stadium -10 min to Dockweiler Beach and Playa Del Rey. - 20 min to Venice Beach & Santa Monica - 30 min to Sunset Strip - Close to freeways and public transportation in a safer than expected up-and-coming neighborhood.
