My husband and I have been in Real estate for over 30 years. We began our journey in short term rental in 2008. We cater to Corporate groups,families, weddings and events (at the Estate).We believe that there is a need for families and companies to have a place that they can escape to but yet have all the possible conveniences needed. A place for relaxing and enjoy quality time as a group whether it is team building in companies or spending much needed time with family. We strive to offer an exceptional experience on Lake Oconee with all the amenities and atmosphere that our homes provide. We look forward to Hosting you Soon!

Property info

The Estate features a large, luxury estate home, as well as a professionally decorated guest house. The property features a New pool, hot tub, fire pit and pavilion that rivals the nearby Ritz. Both homes lie on 28 acres overlooking horses grazing in the four boarded white-fenced pasture. In fact, this home features the largest tract of land in Reynolds Lake Oconee. The property has a total of 4 docks, including one on the private 4 acre lake and 3 on Lake Oconee, the main lake. Two docks are max size and the third houses the jet skis which are available for rental. We are located on the Atlanta side of the lake. Below are extra rental options: 1. Pontoon Boat Rental Sweetwater PE220 ,14 Persons, 24 ft , 115 HP Motor 3. Heated Pool (200 per day x Reservation nights) (Spring/Fall) Wedding Rules: 1. Music must be kept at a modest level. Music and loud speakers are to be off at 10pm. 2. No more than 75 people on the property at any one time.
