Neighborhood info

Just a reminder that low review scores means that the guests broke rules, checked out late, and did damage which caused me to have to retain some or all of the damage deposit. So of course, they are petty and retaliate. Boring. All the 10 review scores are the good people who were decent humans who followed the rules and didn’t attempt to walk all over me or destroy my house. I prefer guests like that. Why oh why are so many people entitled jerks these days?
