Welcome to The Purple Palm House, a newly-refreshed home located in peaceful Sun N Lake! This property has all the comforts of your own home including a hot tub on the screened lanai, the perfect place to start and end your day. With lots of light in every room, you’ll enjoy a comfortable living and dining area, plus flatscreen TVs with Amazon Firesticks in both bedrooms. You’ll also have your own laundry area and a 1-car garage to park your car. Any linens, towels, and toiletries are always included. And don't forget to bring the burgers and steaks to grill outside!
I have been a resident of Fort Lauderdale for over 30 years and own another vacation rental there that I have been managing for 6 years. I decided to was time to branch out into a quieter area for my second property, and Sebring was the perfect spot! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!
Whether you are into golfing the links or watching the races, Sun N Lake is the place for you. Two 18-hole golf courses await you within the neighborhood, and Sebring International Raceway is only a 20 minute drive away. Also to be explored are newly-renovated Downtown Sebring with a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, the multitude of lakes for water enthusiasts, and the endless amount of nature trails to be explored by foot or by bicycle. Highlands Hammock State Park is a favorite spot by locals and tourists alike to observe all of its amazing wildlife. Grocery stores, eateries, and retail stores are conveniently located, and even the hospital is less than a mile away.
