We had all the information we needed to make check-in quick and easy. Mikael helped us with our special requests to accommodate a 1 year old and was very quick to respond when we had a question about the remote. There was a variety of kcups...

Super Comfortable house in a great location full kitchen, some great coffee, teas and snacks. Lots of amenities, tons of off-street parking. This house is set up to be either a two-bedroom with an extra space that can be an office a baby room, complete with a changing station and PackNPlay crib. (Setup available upon request.) Or the futon can be a bed ( 8in innerspring mattress with 2in foam topper, not your college futon.) There is a fenced-in courtyard for grilling or just relaxing. Or hang out on the front porch and check out the West Asheville area. You are walking distance from the West Asheville area with a lot of great places to eat and visit. Vintage clothing shops boutique shops, and On many Saturdays and or Sundays, Haywood av turns into a giant Flee market with crazy pop up vendors and regular artists and artisans selling the goods. West Asheville is close to downtown the Arts District, Parks like Malvern Hills, and greenbelts like Hominy Creek which leads all the way down to the French Broad. Go tubing in the summer and hiking to streams and waterfalls, or bike around from the green belt to the bike trail and see all of Asheville. Downtown is a short ride or maybe an Uber/Lift can drop you off at the Drum Circle or In the Summer and Fall, there are festivals, and Friday after dark closes off A big street and throws a party headlining a local band. Libations are available along with food and free entertainment. There are many great places to eat, but also just going downtown to see the city's Pavilion, complete with a water fountain that kids can play in. A lot of great shows and music as well as Odd Asheville happenings. Like the Sureal Surkus. Look it up. I am in the shed out back, not in my apartment so I am not under you 98% of the time but avalible when you need me. I have had many people who have found this info useful as they don't want to be over someone if they stay out late or get up early. I also do not interact with the quest unless they ask.
Hi I am Mikael. I will be your Host. I am a Superhost on other channels. I have been doing this for 9 years and in that time I have honed my hosting skills and maintained a 5star rating. Over the years I just keep adding to the house, increasing the amenities and including many new things that people really love and appreciate. I try to underpromise and overprovide but I want to be clear about what we offer. When I compare prices I believe we are a great deal. I just try to be unintrusive and stay in the studio which is out back in a fenced in area. I stay there for the most part and I work on projects like my new Solar array for the studio or Art or music. So I am focused on that but also ready to make your stay great at a text or calls notices. Sometimes things break or you just need a had with how it works. Having someone there makes the repairs happen as fast as possible. The house itself is tucked back and sits on the corner of Deaverview and Greenhill. The yard is full of trees and greenery that is native to this area with a few transplants. Tons of flowers and wild scaping. Think country cottage in the city. The back yard is my area and is fenced in but there is the front yard and the side courtyard which are exclusive for your enjoyment. There is tons of space upstairs and out front or the side yards. This street is its own community and Greenhill is just tucked away to give it a more secluded feel then many areas. But it is still convenient to everything.
Close to everything walking distance from at least four places to eat but really blocks from almost anything you could ask for. Patton is a busy road but it not hard to navigate. Walk down Patton and or cross over to Ormond rd and then take the side rds everywhere. Aldis is walking distance maybe a quarter mile with Neo Barito, Chinese food are next door. There are also Ingels Super markets less than a mile or so in all directions. Also a Whole foods and Trader Joes are up north but less then 10min drive. right acroos the street is A cool Mexican store with Pan Dulces a Meat counter and so many handmade tortillas that you can imagine. May need a translator. There is Marvin Hills Park for kids or adults with tennis or Pickleball or basketball. Just down the road from there is Hominy green belt, a small quite trail that runs along side a small river and goes all the way down to the French broad river trail head and tube inlet. But all of West Asheville is packed with stuff to do and it is close to everything like the brewerys and parks and trails, but also a few minutes drive to Biltmore Estates or check out down town area. Also minutes from waterfalls hiking trails and nature centers. Even have a Zip line in town.
