Just steps from the beach, this bright and breezy 4-bedroom, 2-bath retreat features a spacious open-concept layout, updated kitchen, and cozy sunroom—plus a private porch and back deck for soaking up the salty air. Whether you're unwinding with family or making memories over board games, this home is the perfect getaway for all ages. Book your relaxing beach escape today! Additional Notes: The property has two separate units, top & bottom. Rental is for the top unit only; a long-term tenant lives on the bottom unit. The garage may be accessed to do laundry. Please be mindful of the tenant below and enjoy music and family time reasonably. Please utilize the driveway for parking and leave 1 spot available outside the fence.
