Great view from the 12th floor. Located just east of the center of the building. Building has 15 floors and 445 condo's. Watch the dolpines & Sting rays in the morning from the birds eye extended view of the Gulf and both directions down the beach.

Hello and welcome to my condo. I live locally and only about 6 miles down the road. I'm normally available for any needs that might pop up to help take care of.

Located more toward the east end of Panama City Beach. Pier Park is about 6 miles straight to the west down Front beach rd. Walmart for shopping is only 1 mile away around the bend. Located in a great location in the center of entertainment for kids, go carts, Ripleys museum,etc. Also plenty of restaurants, even in walking distance. Enjoy during season, Bikini Bobs restaurant ,right on the grounds fot great inexpensive beach food and drinks.
