The Urban Nest is an eco-friendly, comfortable and cozy, private and tranquil oasis nestled among the Grand Oaks this historic neighborhood is known for. The living room boasts a 55" flat screen TV with FREE Prime and Netflix and fast, reliable WIFI (500/500). Fully equipped full-size kitchen. Oil, salt/pepper, garlic powder provided. Keurig coffeemaker with a variety of coffees and teas, including organic. Raw organic sugar, Pyure organic stevia, raw locally-sourced orange blossom honey, cinnamon and creamer provided. A K-cup filter with coffee grinder provided. There is also a smoothie/cocktail blender for your enjoyment. Fully appointed bathroom with blow dryer, steamer for clothes, and a closet with wooden hangers and a luggage rack. Play your music while showering with the fan/light combo w/Bluetooth speaker. Beach towels/chairs/umbrella available. The queen bed is amazingly comfortable with memory foam mattress and topper with soft bed linens. Central heat/ac.
