Please note - - There is a grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. -There is a large entertaining space downstairs, including a fire pit and outdoor furniture to enjoy being around the fire! -There is ample parking space downstairs. No need to park on the street. -The pedestrian beach is a 2-minute walk. This home is located on a street parallel to Beach Drive for reference. -This property is near great fishing spots, the jetties, restaurants, and stores for your convenience! -We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional smell. We have provided a whole house filtration system and an additional RO system at the sink for your convenience when cooking. The water quality is safe, but we recommend bringing drinking water. This property is self-check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay.
