We’re Julia and Kristopher, the husband-and-wife team behind Voyageur Stays. We live just a few minutes away with our son and are nearby if you need anything. What began as a small renovation project has grown into Voyageur Stays, a design-focused hospitality company rooted in community, comfort, and craftsmanship.

The Wilson is a 1929 Georgian Revival gem, carefully restored with original woodwork, custom-designed rugs, handcrafted headboards, and often local artwork. An oyster bar sits on the first floor, a shared roofdeck looks over restaurant courtyards, and just outside the door you’ll find James Beard–winning restaurants, lakefront paths, and Capitol Square. Historic charm meets modern comfort with full kitchens, spacious units, and lots of downtown charm. Washer and dryer and roofdeck are shared across guests.
