Located in the Bermuda Bay community, guests enjoy walkable access to the ocean, community waterpark with lazy river and splash pools, clubhouse, fitness center, and a community dock with kayak launch. The home is steps from the Wright Brothers National Memorial and close to Ocean Bay Lifesaving Station with public beach access including restrooms, showers, and parking. Restaurants, shopping, public golf courses, and Jockey’s Ridge State Park are nearby, with easy day trips to Downtown Manteo, Duck, Oregon Inlet, Pea Island Wildlife Refuge, and Cape Hatteras Lighthouse. The home features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, a private hot tub, decks on every level, a game room, and a dedicated media room. The open living area includes a large smart TV with streaming and cable, and the fully equipped kitchen offers stainless-steel appliances and bar seating. Sleeping arrangements include a primary bedroom with a queen bed, en-suite bathroom, and private outdoor lounge; a second primary bedroom with a queen bed and twin/king trundle, en-suite bathroom, and workspace; and a third bedroom with a double bed and a twin bunk bed, also with an en-suite bathroom. Family-friendly amenities include a crib, highchair, washer and dryer, bicycles, and beach gear. Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking or parties. The community pool is open seasonally. Up to two dogs allowed with approval. Free parking for two vehicles. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book or be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

This splendid gem enjoys an incomparable location in the coastal-themed Bermuda Bay Community, which grants you access to a mini waterpark with a lazy river, splash pools, waterslides, an outdoor pool, a state-of-the-art fitness center, an entertainment area, and a lounge area. A community dock with a kayak launch is also available. There is one parking space in the driveway of the unit. This is an additional parking space, adjacent to the side of the building.
