Walk to the city pool and recreation center, grocery stores, banks, and great local restaurants. In just five minutes, you’ll find yourself at the heart of the area’s best dining, lively beach scene, and the stunning sunsets that St. Pete Beacch is famous for. Every visit reminds us how special this place truly is—warm Gulf breezes, beautiful sunsets, and that relaxed beach feeling that makes you slow down and enjoy life.
I’m a computer programmer by profession, and Florida has always been a special place for me and my family. We’ve owned this home for over 12 years, and every time we visit, we truly enjoy everything the area has to offer. We love spending time at the beach, especially around St. Pete, and exploring the many museums, attractions, and activities nearby. It’s a place where we relax, recharge, and create great memories, which is why we take pride in maintaining our home to a high standard for both ourselves and our guests.
This house is within 10 minutes’ walk to the Beach, and the Bay. Down the street is Blind Pass where you can fish off the seawall and watch the sunset. Just three blocks east, enjoy the St. Pete Beach Aquatic center - a waterfront facility on Boca Ciega Bay, offering year-round fun activities and a gorgeous climate-controlled pool. Our long term guests can register for group exercise classes or just drop in for favorite activities.
