Loves Nelson County where family has lived for over 200 years. Owners live in house approximately .1 mile from home. Plenty of privacy, yet convenient should a problem arise.
House is on a dead-end road with only three houses past the listing. A very quiet neigborhood. Closest neighbor is owner. House sits on owner's 100 acre property and was previously the home of owner's mother. Uber available.
