Perfect blend of beachfront serenity and resort-like convenience at this apartment, ideal for the whole family, or the privacy for a romantic getaway. Full of amenities: private / direct access to the beach (no elevator), heated pool, gym/fitness room, outdoor grill and seating area, movie room, etc. entertainment/family room & office space. At the apartment tons of goodies! desk, 2 LDC TVs, 3 beach chairs, umbrella, crib, baby car seat, stroller, beach kids toys and inflatables, and a small cooler to bring beverages to the beach. There is convenient private parking at the resort (indoor and outdoor) at an additional charge, so you can be steps away from the apartment.

Located near the famous Hallandale Beach known for its stunning white sand beaches, it is a standout coastal destination. Its local beaches, Hallandale Beach and Golden Beach Beach, are popular places for sunbathing, swimming, water sports and just relaxing. The Village at Gulfstream Park is another renowned venue in the area, offering entertainment, shopping and a diverse selection of restaurants. This open-air complex is home to high-end shops and quality restaurants, making it an ideal place to enjoy nightlife. In addition, the region has a series of parks and green areas.
