The Tides Hollywood condominium offers resort style amenities with an ocean front pool, a gym, and lounge/games room with billards tables. Business center, movie theatre and cafe with groceries available and direct access to the beach. A Security Deposit of USD 250 is required upon arrival for incidentals. We kindly request that your Security Deposit be paid in full at least 48 hours prior to your arrival date to secure your reservation.. Failure to pay the Security Deposit within this timeline, may result in the forfeit of your reservation which will be non-refundable. If you have not received check-in instructions within 48 hours of your check-in date, please reach out to us directly. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. Thank you for your cooperation and hope you enjoy your stay!
