This well-maintained ranch home (and historic landmark) has been updated with modern comforts, including a brand new kitchen. The entire main house 2 bed, 1 bath and the separate 1 bed, 1 bath cottage. No undisclosed pets permitted. Pets must be listed on reservation when booking. Undisclosed pet fee is 150 per pet. Please be courteous to our neighbors! All pets must be listed in reservation and charged the pet fee.

In the heart of Sonoma's bustling and busy Agua Caliente neighborhood (the foodie corridor) on the main drag with easy access to wineries, restaurants, hiking, and just a ten minute drive to Sonoma Plaza.
