This beautiful and upscale, seventh-floor condo, features beachy decor, comfortable furnishings, and breathtaking views of the coastline off the expansive and fully furnished balcony. The well-equipped, full kitchen offers granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar. Dine at the adjacent table, and gather together in the sumptuously furnished living area, complete with a TV, all illuminated by floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding glass doors. On-site, the resort offers a number of amenities and activities including tennis, racquetball, an indoor-outdoor pool, fitness center, and two different restaurants. You’ll also have exclusive access to the coveted Tides Pickleball courts. Get your toes in the sand of the adjacent beach. Challenge the fairways of several fantastic golf courses throughout the area, especially those over in Destin, 11 miles west. Wander through the Village of Baytowne Wharf, just two miles north, where you'll find several shops, fantastic restaurants, and a fishing pier all right on the shores of Choctawhatchee Bay. Or make a reservation to explore the 210-acres of the fascinating Coffeen Nature Preserve. Things to Know No canopies or tents are allowed on TOPS'L Beach. Seasonal beach chair, umbrella, and bike rentals are available for additional fees.

No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. This rental is located on floor 7. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to 3,000 dollars of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
