Welcome to Grumpy Grizzly by Conmigo, a cozy, family friendly 2 bedroom, 1bath basement apartment with private entry, ideally located in Sandy, Utah, near the Wasatch Mountains and top ski resorts. Perfect for families, couples, or ski groups, this comfortable space includes everything for a relaxing stay. Unwind in the HOT TUB or enjoy the fun shared backyard featuring a trampoline, fire pit, hammock, turf field, disc golf, and sandpit. The kitchen is fully equipped for easy meals, and the living room offers a Smart TV. Noise Note: You may hear the pitter patter of foot steps and family life from our family upstairs, we’re parents too, so no need to worry if your little ones make noise. Sleeping arrangements: one queen bed and one triple bunk bed, ideal for kids or groups. The private bathroom includes a shower/tub combo and essentials. Guests have exclusive access to the basement apartment. A locked door connects to the main house; laundry access can be arranged upon request (small fee).
