Welcome to your oceanfront retreat, where comfort meets coastal charm. This spacious, well-equipped, 2bdrm/2bath condo offers a King primary, elevator, ocean views, and a private balcony. Inside, new flooring throughout and an open layout designed for both relaxation and connection. The primary suite features a king bed and a private en-suite bath & guest has 2 twin beds. The community offers a pool, hot tub, grill/ picnic areas, and private beach access.

Neighborhood info

Colony by the Sea is located in Salter Path, a small island community between Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach. Salter Path is a quaint family-friendly beach with several local restaurants and attractions, but not enough to be crowded. There are so many things to enjoy in the area you will be 15 minutes of both Morehead City and historic Beaufort. Explore the area and diverse restaurants, shops, and attractions.
