All of our units are located in the midst of preserved desert wilderness. So please

know that there are snakes, scorpions, coyotes and other predator animals, insects

and reptiles all live around us.

Absolutely NO HUNTING!

We are here to help preserve nature and its habitat.

PLEASE REMEMBER

These are historical buildings and is in the process of being preserved.

Also know that the cactus around us do have big thorns that can be quite painful and

dangerous if not careful.

Please be extra cautious with any young children. Please do not let them roam in the

desert.

If you have a service animal, please do not let them to roam on their own.

CAUTION:

We do not recommend walking through the desert unless you have knowledge of the

desert, experience and proper attires.

REQUIREMENT FOR PROOF LIABILITY INSURANCE FOR FILM / PHOTOGRAPHY CREWS:

If you are renting the unit for any filming or photography with crews, please provide

your PROOF OF LIABILITY INSURANCE in order to be accepted for use.

Guest Animal Policy — Tucson Mountain Guest Ranch

We are committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment in compliance with the Fair Housing Act, including making reasonable accommodations

for guests with disabilities who use assistance animals, such as service animals and

emotional support animals (ESAs).

1. Pets

Our guest ranch does allow pets with rules and guidelines as follows for vacation

rentals.

2. Assistance Animals and pets

We recognize both service animals (under the ADA) and emotional support animals

(under the Fair Housing Act).

Guests requesting to bring an assistance animal may be asked to confirm that:

The animal is required due to a disability; and

The animal assists with or provides support for that disability.

Note: We will never ask about the nature of the disability or require medical

documentation for service animals.

3. Guest Responsibilities

Guests bringing an assistance animal and pets must ensure that:

The animal is housebroken and under control at all times.

The animal does not bark excessively or disturb the quiet enjoyment of others.

The animal is not left alone in the unit for extended periods.

The animal does not pose a threat to the health or safety of other guests, staff, or

animals on the property.

All waste is promptly picked up and disposed of properly.

4. Disturbances or Damages

While assistance animals are not subject to pet fees, all guests with animals will be

held responsible for:

Excessive damage caused by the animal

Noise complaints that interfere with the enjoyment of other guests

Any behavior that violates health or safety standards

Repeated or serious violations may result in removal of the animal or termination of

the guest’s stay, in accordance with applicable law.

Historic Building Notice – Low Doorways

Please be advised that the buildings on this property are over 100 years old and were

constructed during a time when architectural standards differed significantly from

those of today. As such, some doorways and entryways are lower than modern height

standards and may pose a risk of head injury if not navigated with caution.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
