Tuscan Pines Villa (PICTURES TAKEN IN MAY 2025), is a fantastic one story (no steps) 5 BR, 4BA villa home. It is decorated in a Floridian style and has been updated regularly. The pool faces south so you get plenty of sun, and the lanai also has a shaded area all day that has a ceiling fan, bluetooth speaker mini fridge and an (optional) gas BBQ pit to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs. It is a great family villa and has all the cooking utensils needed and a includes a fabulous "finished" games room in the 2-car garage that includes a 7' pool table, air hockey, foosball table, basketball hoops and darts. This villa has a little something for everybody!!! Tuscan Pines Villa is only a a couple of minutes from great shopping, restaurants, and grocery stores. Also, Disney is only 15-20 minutes away, Universal is about 30 minutes and championship golf courses are within minutes. We take great pride in making sure our villa is rated "one of the best" values in central Florida.
My wife and I have been married for 50+ years, we have 5 wonderful children and 12 grandchildren. We love to travel and play golf and enjoy hearing from the many wonderful people who stay at Tuscan Pines Villa. We try our best to ensure everything is perfect for your vacation/holiday or getaway.
Tuscan Hills is a small gated community that takes good care of its property and the owners care about making it stay beautiful. We have a front gate that keeps it private, and a beautiful fitness center, tennis court, sand volley ball court and a playground area for small children.
