The Twilight Condos at Lumberyard Lofts are lovely rentals just a block up from Lake Pepin. Twilight offers three condos connected by a communal hall, and together they form a fantastic 4 bedroom, 3 bath combo for folks who like to travel together but have their separate spaces to recharge too! Perfect for 6-12 guests, the condos are comfortable, quirky and relaxing after a fun-filled day celebrating a wedding or exploring nearby wineries, restaurants or the Pepin Marina and beach. In addition to the lovely bedrooms and two large living rooms, there's three kitchens if you'd like to cook on site, including a full compliment of pots, pans, bakeware, dishes, silverware, etc. We do provide dish soap, spices, oil and a small selection of tea. Bring your own coffee supplies, food, beverages, firewood, sunblock and mosquito repellant. We also provide towels for use in the home, soap, shampoo and conditioner and a full basket of beach towels and bags for you to use during your stay. The Twilight Condos are a great place to stay for weddings, boating, touristing or working on the go with our provided high-speed wifi. There's plenty of street parking for vehicles and boats, too. We have additional vacation rentals in Pepin as well (including in the same building), in case you have a particularly large group and would like to book parallel accommodations, or if you'd like to rent just one of the Twilight Condos for your own getaway! Neighborhood info

Pepin is a stunning lakeside town with renowned wineries, wedding venues, the large Pepin Marina, the Laura Ingalls Wilder Museum and regionally acclaimed restaurants like the Harbor View Café and the Pickle Factory, most of which are within walking distance of Lumberyard Lofts. Pepin is very easy to navigate. You can walk to the beach, restaurants and the winery from Lumberyard Lofts, or hop in the car to explore further out. There's local golf cart rentals, or hop the free ride to the local tavern. Pepin is friendly to both cars, bikes and walking.

Must-know information for guests at this property

You are required to sign and abide by the Renter Agreement provided to you upon booking, as well provide us with a photo of your government-issued ID (driver license, state ID or passport), and to place a security deposit on file with us via your credit card (shared space rentals do not require a security deposit). These requirements must be completed within 3 days of booking. However, if you book within 24 hours of arrival (including same-day reservations), they must be completed within 1 hour of booking and before arrival. Reservations that do not meet these requirements will be canceled. For reservations that do not facilitate host-initiated cancelation, your reservation will remain active and you will not be allowed access to the property, nor will any refund be given. Residents of the state of Illinois are required to provide an additional security deposit and/or documentation upon request, and may also be required to sign a Renter Agreement Addendum.

Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
