This rental is a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 full bathroom condo located at the Legends Golf Resort in Myrtle Beach that sleeps up to 8 people. There are two queen beds in the master bedroom, 2 full-size beds in the guest bedroom, as well as a large living room and spacious sitting room. We have done lots of updating since purchasing the property several years ago including new hardwood flooring, new carpeting, new blinds, new HVAC system, new HD TV, and more. We provide all linens, towels, dishware and silverware (the kitchen comes fully equipped). Guests will have free access to the swimming pool and tennis courts located directly across the street from the villa as well as the hot tubs located just a short walk down the sidewalk. There is a lighted driving range with practice putting green and bunker available as well. Please inquire about discounts on greens fees at any of the community's three championship courses. If in need of a baby gate, there is one in the closet of the front guest bedroom.
My wife, Deanna, and I were married in 2013 and we gave birth to our first child in 2013. Some of our interests include reading, hiking, golf, skiing, and the beach.
Legends Resort is a gated community with 3 golf courses on site along with a professional golf school, 2 restaurants, and clubhouse. Myrtle Beach Airport is About a 10 Minute Drive and the beach is a short drive away as well
