Those trips were magical to me, and I fell in love with Vermont. The snow, the history, the mountains, the forests, the quaint towns and the fun we had as a family are memories that will last a lifetime. My goal in bringing Two Brooks Lodge to the market was to create a warm, fun place for guests to enjoy a similar experience. Plus, it's a place my family loves to visit, too!

This scenic home is located in the quaint, historic town of Bennington, Vermont. The soothing sounds of South Stream run right through the middle of the property where it joins the fresh mountain water from Roaring Branch on the corner of the property, thus the name Two Brooks. This water flows into the Walloomsac River and eventually out to the Hudson and down to New York City and the Atlantic Ocean! This house is the last house on the road and very private and quiet, yet lies only five minutes from shopping, restaurants, cafes, bookstores, and all the conveniences of Bennington. The property backs up to thousands of acres of the Green Mountain National Forest, and the Appalachian and Long trails are just up the mountain. Year round activities await you from this peaceful base of operations. During the winters, enjoy snow mobiling (with a covered parking area for your machines on site). Excellent cross country skiing at Prospect Mountain is but 9 miles away, and supreme downhill skiing at Mt. Snow is only 28 miles away.
