Centrally located spacious home with four bedrooms lets you relax in comfort. Steps away from several restaurants and shopping. Off-street parking for four vehicles. Nice patio for grilling and relaxing. Easy access to the main thorough fare to go south, north, or east to recreation areas. Two family friendly ski resorts are within 35 minutes. Hiking, boating, fishing, biking and 4x4 trails are within minutes. Utah State University (USU) is a few blocks from the door. Close to hot springs.
Established neighborhood that is close to shopping and restaurants. Within walking distance to restaurants, parks, salons and entertainment. Logan is easy to get around. Driving to theaters, malls and big box shopping is easy and plenty of parking. The university is just 5 minutes away and has plenty of parking in the area for events and museums. Logan does have a public transit bus system. That runs throughout the day with more limited routes on Sunday.
