This stunning newly remodeled home has upgrades throughout, dual master suites that both have a view of the pool and FULL SIZE Pickle ball court, paddles and balls. Within walking distance to ASU's Gamage theater, the stadium and numerous other event locations on ASU's campus. It is minutes from the shopping and restaurants on Mill Avenue and less than 20 minutes away from Fashion Square, nightlife in Old Town, downtown Phoenix, Sky Harbor Airport, Talking Stick Resort, golf courses and hiking.
