- This is a fully furnished house that sits just 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and the rest of the campus. Nice walking trail right down the road! - 5 bedroom/4 bath property. There are 4 bedrooms & 3 baths (3 Kings, 2 Twin XLs, 1 airbed if needed) that sleep 8 downstairs and a one bedroom/one bathroom apt. that sleeps up to 4 (1 Queen, 1 full sized futon). - Highchair & pack-n-play available & set up upon request, for a one time fee of 25 dollars. ** Sleeps 6 adults, plus children** ** Read prior to booking: Please be aware that you will be required to sign the Bama B&B Rentals Rules forms and a 45 dollar damage waiver is attached to your booking which will cover for up to 1500 dollars of accidental damages. This will be done outside of BookingDotCom and directly with our property management company texting system called AKIA **
