This property is located in a in a diverse racial and socioeconomic residential neighborhood. While many of the houses are well maintained there are others that are neglected or empty. Niagara Falls, although a tourist destination, does not have a resort-like atmosphere and it should not be expected anywhere in the city. The neighborhood is lovely and safe but the city is still rebuilding after many years of neglect so you may see some houses that need repair on your way to the property. You'll love the local italian restaurants. Check out Fortunas if you have the time!
