Welcome to Reynold’s View! Built in 2017, this 1800sqf home comes with a view! About 4 miles to Downtown Asheville, conveniently located off the highway, this is the perfect spot to relax and still be close to everything! Open concept with primary suite on main level. Perfect for small groups and families!
Hello! My husband and I are Asheville locals. I personally manage our short term rentals and homeschool our four children. We love hiking, being in nature, good food, wine, and traveling! We are easily available by message or text between 7am-10pm. We will respond as soon as possible if you message after 10pm or before 7am.
Backyard feels private in quiet neighborhood with new homes(some are short term rentals while most are full time residents). There are swings, a slide and large grassy area in the backyard as well are many native plants and outdoor seating. Uber, Lyft or AVL Ride to downtown! Flat driveway fits six small cars comfortably. Very easy access to the interstate!
